The Most Expensive Airbnb’s in America’s Top Destinations
Having a well kept, smartly advertise Airbnb listing is imperative if you want to make money renting your property. As you probably know, people will pay more for luxury, or even perceived luxury, if marketed correctly.
That being said, our friends at Simply Self Storage recently compiled a list of the most expensive Airbnb rentals in the top searched-for Airbnb destinations in the United States. What they ended up with was a list of gorgeous properties that feature professional photos and luxurious appointments in great locations.
1. Austin, TX | SXSW Exclusive Villa ($10,075/n):
This gorgeous villa features a sparkling pool and luxurious outdoor entertaining area, as well as two separate houses and a guest house. Designed to accommodate groups of 16 or more in it’s 8 bedroom, six bathroom space, it’s the perfect place to stay for Austin’s famous SXSW Festival.
2. Kailua-Kona, HI | Hualalai Villa ($7,100/n):
Seated on the beautiful big island of Hawaii, this luxurious pad has played host to the likes of stars like Stevie Nicks and Cameron Diaz. We can see why, it’s stunning ocean and golf course views are the perfect place to watch the sunset. Housed in an actual, former publishing loft that is more than 100 years old, it was fully flipped into a BnB in 2017. It can fit up to 24 people comfortably, making it the perfect home away from home for large parties. Guests can enjoy a complimentary, made to order breakfast every morning--how’s that for service?
6. Orlando, FL | Reunion Zero ($3,242/n):
This gorgeous compound can fit a small army, sleeping up to 34 guests in its 14-bedroom, 16-bathroom villa. Featuring its own private water park (and stunning photography of it for its listing), this property is also equipped with multiple living and kitchen areas, a gym, a spa room, elevator, and even a golf simulator! It’s a wonder visitors even want to leave the house!
7. Key West, FL | Southern Hospitality VII ($2,910/n):
Located in the beautiful Florida Keys, this private estate has everything needed for some fun in the sun. Complete with a comfortable living area, large, upgraded kitchen, and tall privacy fence, it’s the perfect place to let loose with your family or friends. 9. Nashville, TN | The “W” Nashville ($2,500/n):
An outdoor fireplace really makes this outdoor entertaining area pop, as well as the sparkling pool and comfy seating areas. This property sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, so while it’s one of the smaller properties on our list, it can still fetch a good profit due to its luxurious amenities and ample parking!
10. Atlanta, GA | Atlanta Estate ($1,600/n):
This beautiful home features an outdoor area that has an aquatic pond, waterfall, and plenty of space for entertaining! Guests can enjoy cocktails around the firepit or walk through the courtyard. Inside, guests can enjoy a private theater, library, indoor diner-themed bar area and game room! While the property sleeps 16 people in 8 bedrooms, we still think that they would benefit from some professional photographs to really show off the inside of the property!
